Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our store’s contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are refundable once a return has been approved and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
